Display gridview in model pop extender on linkbutton click

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to get a gridview in model pop extened but i am failed to display.

 

According to my requirement the data should to filed in gridview on page load. Once i click on the link button the grid view should pop.

 

Please help me.
