Display and download a file in Asp.Net

How to get display and download a particular file word, or pdf or if any in asp.net.

i am creating a website for jobseekers. they upload their resume also as a admin view and able to download the particular person resume. I am finished all other modules, i am struggling only with this. So friends please guide me to i am done the task.
