Display ampersand sign (&) in a Tooltip

Hello to everyone..... I am displaying a tooltip on textbox's mousehover event. It displays the current content of a Textbox but doesn't display an ampersand sign. How make it done? Are you using 2003? In 2005 the tooltip does display the '&' character within a string.
