Dispathcher use in WPF application is best or worst.

Hi Friends, 

 

                  Can anyone suggest Dispatcher in WPF is best practise or not. Actually i am using this for get application more responsive. but i feel it is little bit slow than usual. Can anyone suggest to me a proper and best way?
