Disable particulate time slots in telerik kendo scheduler

Question

I wanted to show my Lunch break time When my Scheduler page will Load.

 

Like:- Bellow Screen Short. The title should be Lunch Break, and the time should not Editable or Add.

 

if i configure daily then it should appear daily (2pm-3pm). may be on Sunday it should not Appear.

 

Assume,I am doctor and my Clink time is Morning 8am to 7pm, and daily am taking Break(Lunch time) 2pm to 3Pm.

 

whenever users will open my Website and they try to book Appointment before 2Pm and after 3Pm. then they can book, but in my lunch break time can't.

 

here i want to restrict this 2pm to 3pm users should not select this time. and that event color should be some Different Color.
