Disable navigation in windows picture and fax viewer VB.Net

Question

Dear All,
         
           I am doing a windows application with vb.net for saving and viewing employee photo.For viewing the image,when i am selecting the employee ID,then path of the image will come in a link label.Then while clicking the link the image is open in windows picture and fax viewer by make use of Process.Start.
          But the issue is windows picture and fax viewer has the forward and backward navigation to the next driver photo(I am keeping all photos in a single folder).Actually i want to block this.I want view only the selected employee photo in windows picture and fax viewer.
Please help me to achieve this.
