Disable Combination of CTRL, ALT and DELETE keys

Hi friends,

I want to disable combination of CTRL, ALT and DELETE keys. I implemented code to disable task manager, but whenever I press these combination of keys, it will open Windows Security dialog box. I want to disable all these keys. I am developing project in "Win32 Project Visual C++ 2010".
