Disable Cache in ASP.net MVC and cache Jquery/Images/CSS

Hi,

I want to disable caching in asp.net MVC3 controller, ActionResults but I want to cache the Images , css and Jquery stuffs(in the browser cache).

How to do it?
The browser cache should be compatible with Safari browser.

Please suggest me.
