DirectX and C#

hello, i need some help, i can't compile a project which contains c# and directx, i've got every time this exception: an unhandelt exception "system.io.filenotfoundexception" additional information: file or assembly name microsoft.directx.direct3d, or one of its dependencies , was not found. i also get this exception if i want to compile a project from the directx sdk. i have visual studio 2002 architect, dotnet, win2k/winxp an the directx 9 summer update sdk is installed too. i am able to compile c++ applications with directx ... they run trouble-free. i am confident that i have right installed all the things. i hope anyone can help me... bye nos-ukog
