Different way of Grid View?

New to ASP.

As I attached my requirement with this questions and yet know the solution from you any experts. Little describe you all my question.

I need the out in it a grid view

In the Grid view header text, I need a drop down list of a defined column and text box for date field for current or existing date. Drop down list contains available dealers name in the table and text field  should be insert to  the table at dynamic time. When I check the  box and update button is clicked the dealer  name which is select from drop down list should be updated to the table and instead of checkbox the name should available. I hope i will get the solution and description of step by step process.
