Different languages in GUi

Hi Does anyone know how to use different languages in a C# Window Form (.NET 2003)? For example to assign a text id to a button and then through a file set the id to an english word or to a word in another language. Then its just to swap the language file to change the gui-language in the program if its possible. Regards /Per
