different Feilds in IT except programming

Question

hey guys

i just wanna ask you that i have just started working in a Software development firm and after working for 2 weeks it seems that i m not as much good programmer and i feel like changing am feild from programming to something else in IT than programming Am i judging myself to early on my programming Skills and please tell me what are the other feild in it in which i cn make a career rather than progamming because i m not that much passionate in programming.
