Different colors based on priority using repeater

Question

I have to show different alerts based on priority .All the data is coming from Sharepoint List.I am successfully able to fetch the data but while applying colors the condition is failing(i.e. all priority is getting same color).I am writing the code in Repeater Itemdatabound .

The main issue is after itemdatabound looping all items it is going into ascx file again, and loop is also repeating twice.

Any suggestions or changes would be welcome.Attached is the code,stp file and Screenshot of error.
