developing sharepoint webpart

Helllo all,

I want to develop a sharepoint webpart from c#.net
am using vs2010 and sql database i want to create a repeater control with add and delete buttons so tht i can add and delete data and deploy it into sharepoint portal as a webpart please help me!!
