Developing a discussion forum using javascript,HTML ,C#

Hi friends i have to develop a Discussion forum using C#,HTML,Javascript and asp.net using vs 2010
This forum should be like a plugin.
means it should be used on any page in the website 
So need your help.If anyone has solution to this please share
