develop windows service to process bank vouchers

Friends, does anyone have an example of how to do windows service and inside of it do I use to process bank vouchers? Because I will have to read the data from this file and store it in my existing database, one of these data is, date and time, bar code and the name of the client. Could someone give me an example out of kindness?
