Develop application in .net C# only run 32 bit operating

hello sir,

 

i develop the application in c# but this apps run only 32 bit operating system build any CPU but not solve this 

problem and build 64 bit that time this problem not solve

Error is oledb provider 12.0 not register on your machine please help.............................................
