Desktop Resizing using C#.net

Question

Hi,

I want to resize my desktop using my c#.net application, i searched in the net for this but i found only screen resolution

The screen resolution makes only the website font to differen sizes and desktop icons to different sizes

But i want to resize the entire desktop ie if i minimize my desktop to low settings it should be minimized with START BUTTON and TASKBAR and the remaining part should be BLACK
