describe xml using xsl in asp.net

Hi! I got a local asp.net site which was written in 2003. I wanted to publish this site in windows server 2016. In this site xml data was described using xsl style. Problem is when I publish and retrieve that data, it is showing nothing. Frankly I don't have much experience with xsls. Maybe it needs kinda xml parser or file access I'm not sure. But this web site is working in windows server 2003 in my work place. I compared IIS configs, file access with original site. The result is still negative. I would be very gratefull if anyone tries my web site and verifies the problem. Below is my partial project:
