deriving data from sql in combobox of griedview

Question

hi guys i am developing  windows form in tht  2 textbox  & 1 save button and 1 griedview within the greidview 1 combobox and 1 textbox & 1 button  now how should retrive data from sql in that greidview_combobox with there value show in textbox of greidview & when i am click on button of griedview i should insert another information in griedview of that combobox and this whole information save in database of sql i.e 2 textbox & griedview value
