Deployment of solution with two projects c#/asp

Please would you advise?

I have one solution and it consists of two projects. One is actual website and second contains methods to Active Directory access.

I was always publishing with right click project and publish.

And I am actually not sure how to publish it to webServer as consitent project or how to do it? :-)
