Deployment of Application

Question

I need to modify and redeploy rdlc report and caller form. This application was firstly deployed by someone else. Now customer asking me for modification.

I'm done with the changes but i dont know how to redeploy that form & report

Basically i'm from PHP background so u have to explain in a basic way.

Please help me.
