deployment c# project with sql server database

Question

Hello Geeks , 

 I want to deploy my c# project with SQL server database , i have tried many links but now i'm blank as i dont get wanted results.

Can anyone give me step by step description  of deployement process for client's fresh PC (i.e. .Net framework and SQL server is not installed on that).

i have searched so many links n now i m confused . Please give your concern any help will be appreciated .
