Dell Laptop Not Recogning Wifi Connections

Hi All.

My Laptop Model is Dell Inspiron 14 R

recently I Have Changed Os from windows8 to Windows 7.

It is unable to Recognise Wifi Network in My Ofice,,,

Plz Suggest me what drivers i have to install,,,,

plz post the drivers link here...
