Debuging a windows service

Question

Hi,

Can any one suggest how to debug a windos service.

as per the procedure if i am trying to add a process its showing in my IDE
that it already been added.

for EX: if my process name is communication.exe
it showing communication.vshost.exe is already attached.

i am not able to debug at all.

can any one help?
