DEBUGG ERROR

hi i am doing c# project with MS sql connectivity .. i am beginners in c# i have a problem that my project is not run whenever i wants to run it in another PC .. i cant understand why it is happen so.. plz help me in this prblem 

YEs there is a Error msg which is (Unable to find manifest signing certificate in the certificate store) i cant understand this error ...
