DateTimePicker: how to navigate by year

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the DateTimePicker to have two sets of arrows: one for moving by month, and one for moving by year?  I see this all the time but I can't figure out how to get it to do this....

Seems like it should just be a simple property or something, right?
