date checking validation and time validation

Question

Hello guys i have one doubt

My selected date is current date to next 7 days only allowed other date means don't allowed in sql (or) c#

 

ex:my selected Date(11-10-2016)   Allowing Dates are (11-10-2016,12-10-2016,13-10-2106,14-10-2016,15-10-2016,16-10-2016,17-10-2016) 

 

My another one doubt is My selected time only allowed Morning(10:00 to 23:00)

please help me
