DataGridview on Asp.net Web Application

Question

Hi friends,
i want to make a gridview that should take input itself and save the data plus it should display on it,
can it be possible to make such girdview and can we make DropDown Combo box,textbox,checkbox int it.
what are the events & properties should been notice in such requirements.
