Datagrid

I am new to dot net. I want to make data entry screen which should have insert,edit,delete. I have done insert,delete.. Please help me providing the scrpts for EDIT/Update using(datagrid). I have written stored procedure with input parameters for editing the data which i need to call in the front end vb.net 2003. THanks for your help in advance
