database mirroring

Question

is there any db expert guys, please come to advice me on this thread.

i need to mirror the sql server 2008 database for its better availability. actually on the database millions of request will come at once and to handle this i need mirroring technique. how to mirror the database and is this possible on shared database server? i have web based access on db server even i can't use 'server management studio'. 

Nipun has written a good article for this here but i can't coz my server has only web based accessibility. 

how to start with this?
