database in windows phone 7

hi, please i m trying to design a simple database program in windows phone just store n retrieve the values of a calculation. i have designed the sql table already. all i need is how to link the database to the program, bind the fields to a textbox. please i need the basic procedure, including the relevant reference library headers. thanks a lot.
