Database creation while installing application setup

Question

Hello friends,

This vishwas here. I am  new dotnet development field.
I have built my windows application and now I want to create a setup
file for that.I am using SQL 2005.

I want to include database creation in application setup i.e when I install setup
SQL database should be created.

For this how should I create Setup for Application.

Please Help.
