Database coonectivity with microsoft access 2007 windows8.1

I have windows operating system 8.1 installed on my pc and also i have install office7 and i'm trying to use ms-access database in my C#.NET project.but it will show me error "microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0"

is not registered on local machine.
