Database Certification

Hello! friends In current time i am doing my B.Tech this is final year of my B.Tech. Before complete the B.tech i want to do a Database certification. I have a basic or average knowledge of SQl Server and Oracle.

But i can't choose that which certification is better for me. i mean Oracle and Microsoft both provide database certification.

So Please Provide me your suggestion about Certification exam and also their Details........................
