data has not been save in official release

Question

Hi guys!

So after 6 months none has helped me to solve my problem...

THE QUESTION WAS: 

I wrote an application in c#..so..when i debug every think works well!

But...when i pack it using IstallShield or other packing stuff and put it on another computer

i don't know why it does not save data into database.

I put on the machine the Runtime access..so where i'm wrong?

Please help me.... 

Rember this...in visual studio all works fine! The problem come out when you install it on others computers after packing.
