cut and paste not working with asp:Textbox

Question

Hi ,

 I have this problem with the asp:Textbox .

 When I copy a value from one textbox and paste in another it works fine i mean the value is pasted in the other text box
 but when i cut the value and paste it it doesnt work , the value is not pasted in the text box .

 please help me with the issue
