My Windows 7 PC was just auto updated with Internet 10, but there is no way to right click and find "Customize" on the toolbars to add or delete icons, or at least no way that I can figure it out. When you right click you just get a list of toolbars to add, remove or lock. Adding something simple like the "Refresh" icon is not available. How do you do it or where is the Customization?
