Custom theme is not display under Site themes section

I created one custom theme trough powerpoint after upload into sharepoint 2010 server ,the custom theme display under Gallery( Gallery --> themes) but it will not display under Look and Feel ( look and feel --> Site themes ) section. plz anybody explaint to me what is the problem
