currency converter????

Hi, I recently am needing hel designing a form that will have a currency converter from US to canadian money and I also will need to have a miles to killometer converter on there also, i have no idea on how to go about this or where to start at in the code, if anyone can help or knows what the code should look like let me know, Thanks, Joe
