Curly braces i.e {{}} appearing in my browser as it is

Question

It is a very basic question, actually in browser curly braces appears as it is even the JSFiddles also show the same that hints me there is some setting issue of browser- i tried all the browsers-  i am sending you attatchments. please guide me to solve the issue.
