CSV file remove to space and putting virgule

i hava a one csv file like that below; 

 

AA BB CC DD EE 2014101520141019IAAU4680976 10238.0800

 

how can i import to mssql db before seperate and importto mssql db like that below

 

AA,BB,CC,DD,EE,20141015,20141019,IAAU4680976,10238.0800
