CSS rounded corner styling NOT Applicable in Internet Explorer.. Help !!

I've designed Some rounded style css for Menu and Button controls. Styling looks good in MOZ Firefox and Chrome.
But it doesn't get supported in Internet Explorer at all.
Experts, please share your views. OR suggest me some alternate way..
