CSS Design in SQL Server Stored Procedure

Question

Dear Team,

I have a SQL Server Database. In that, I have a stored procedure.

That is a job/schedular.

 

This runs every morning at 10.00am and it sends mail to higher authority daily.

 

Issue - There is a requirement that we need to make this mail look more attractive.

 

So, I need to add design templates (.css files, fonts files, jquery files) in this stored procedure.

 

So that, the colours are applied on table headers and rows, etc and everywhere on mail.

 

Please guide - How do we apply css files in SQL Server.
