Crystal Reprt Faild Error

hi

I am using crystal report version 13.1 for 32 bit system in visual studio 2012.I have deployed my software on a system.it runs efficiently  with crystal report receipt printing, but sometimes it gives a error of load report failed on receipt printing. i could not understand this. Can anyone help me.
