Crystal Report 11 with C #

Question

Hello Experts,
I am useing DSN Less  Connection . The Senerio  is as below .

Front End C #
Back End  Mysql 
Sap Crystal Report 11  ( ODBC connection ) 

Connectivity is done , Every thing is going fine . Now I have useing sap crystal reports 11 with C# . 
My queries are 
 1 ) I want to reuse the report preview form .
 2 ) Want to pass parameters to report preview form . Like report name , Sql query etc.
