Crystal Report (Urgent)

Dear Friends

How are you all?

I need your help.

I have installed vb.net 2003 and crystal reports v10 both on my d drive.
Now when I try to add the crystal report in my application by using these steps (steps below). Thus I don't see this item(template). Also I don't see the crystal reports on my toolbox. Please can I have your Assistance.

To add a report to the project, add a new item by Right Clicking on the project in Solution Explorer and selecting Add->Add New Item->Crystal Report
