crystal report error

hi
i am developing university application.
in these application after saving the student data we need to prepare the crystal report.. i had prepared the crystal report.. but when am clicking the print or export or any predefined button the page was calling the page load method.. after that am not getting any print.. please help me please help.. why the page was reloading am confusing please help me
