CryptographicException: Access denied

Question

Hello,

 

When i try to connect registry portal using "X509Certificate"  certificate, it shows an error message

 How to solve this issue...?

 I give permission to the certificate folder and "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys" Folder.
