Creating WPF application to view XAML-files

Hello to everybody! Recently I've been asked to create a WPF desktop application to view XAML-files. I've decided to add a webbrowser control to the form. But I can't scroll the control and zoom it... the build in zoom and scroll don't work when I navigate to xaml file in the webbrowser. How can I solve this problem? Best Regards. Alex!
